How It Works

Once you upload a chapter for localization, all the metadata such as Frames, Bubble Masks, and Transcriptions will be automatically generated. This enables the Studio to create editable text boxes in the areas that contain text, allowing you to start inputting translations right away.

With each editable text box, you have the flexibility to fully customize the text value, styling, and position to ensure accurate and visually appealing translations.

Input Translation Text

To input your translation text, follow these steps:

  1. In the Studio Editor, click on the blank text box where you want to input your translation.
  2. Once clicked, the Editing Sidebar will change, displaying a list of translations.
  3. Click on "Enter Translation" to begin inputting your translation.
  4. When you have finished typing, press "Enter" to move to the next text or click outside the text box to deselect the text.

Adjust Transcription

To adjust transcription text, follow these steps:

  1. In the Studio Editor, click on the blank text box where you want to adjust the transcription.
  2. Once clicked, the Editing Sidebar will change, displaying a list of translations.
  3. Click on the "Edit" icon at the end of the transcription and begin editing.
  4. When you have finished making the adjustments, press "Enter" to save the changes.

Reorder Text

To reorder translation text, follow these steps:

  1. In the translation list, hover over the number of the text you want to reorder.
  2. Drag the text item up or down to the desired position.
  3. Once you have it in the desired position, release the item to save the new order.

Merge Text

To merge multiple text together, follow these steps:

  1. In the Studio Editor, select multiple text objects by clicking and dragging over them.
  2. Once the text objects are selected, click on the "Merge Text" button located at the bottom of the Translation tab.
  3. After merging, all the selected text and transcriptions will be joined together as a single text object.

Define & View Glossary

You can view the defined glossary or manage the glossary in the Editing Sidebar for translation. This feature helps you translate more efficiently and accurately by providing easy access to glossary terms.

Create new text

For undetected transcriptions, you can use the Text tool to create new text. The transcription will be auto-generated based on the text box area you define.
