How to collaborate without creating a studio
How to manage roles & permissions
Projects live within studios. A project is where a studio’s members collaborate to host, localize, and share their comics.

Attribute | Description |

Languages | The list of project languages. Whenever new chapters are created or localized in a new language, that language is added to the list. When users select a language, they can see the project’s name, description and chapters in that language. |
Project name | The display name of the project. Project name can be specified separately for each language. |
Description | The description of the project. Description can be specified separately for each language. |
Age Rating | The value that helps determine whether a comic is suitable for a particular age group. All studio members have the ability to edit the age rating. Age rating can be picked from a preset list. |
Genres | The value that indicates the broad categories to which a comic belongs, such as horror, action, romance, BL, and so on. Genres can be picked from a preset list. |
Themes | The value that indicates the underlying important ideas, settings, or mood and feel of a comic, such as musical, school, mythology, and so on. Themes can be picked from a preset list. |
Chapters | The list of chapters in a project, organized by language. When users select a language, they can only see chapters in that language. |
Glossary | The list of terms to be used in a specific project, along with their definitions and example, to ensure translation consistency. Each term can be input as an entry. |
Style Presets | The list of text styles to be used in a specific project, to ensure typesetting consistency. A text style includes font choice, font weight, text size, line height, text alignment, text color, stroke style and shadow style. |
Graphics | Visual elements that can be added on top of any file within a project, such as SFX, watermark, etc. |
Sharing permissions | Options to control the accessibility of a project. By default, a project is private and only accessible to studio members and collaborators. When ready, studio members can make a project public for viewing or contributing. |
Studio members can create and edit any project within the studio.
Studio members can add and manage glossary, text presets and graphics to ensure the quality and consistency of their comics.
Studio members can edit the sharing permission of a project within the studio.
Studio members can delete any project within the studio.
