Add Studio Members

<aside> 💡 Only studio owners can add a member to the studio.

To add new studio members, follow these steps:

Open your studio.
Click on “Members” on the left sidebar.
On the top right corner of Member page, click “Add Member”.
Enter email of person who want to invite.
Set desired permission level for the member, either “Member”, “Owner”.

Once they accept the invitation or request, they will become studio member or owner.

Change Member’s Role

<aside> 💡 Only studio owners can change studio members’ roles.

To change the role of a member, or remove their access, follow these steps:

Open your studio.
Click on "Members" on the left sidebar. On the Members page, you will find the list of all the members.
Change the role of a members in the role column of the table.

Remove a Member

Open your studio.
Click on "Members" on the left sidebar. On the Members page, you will find the list of all the members.
Click on the Trash Bin button on the right side to delete a member.

Change Sharing Permissions of a Project

<aside> 💡 All studio members can make a project public for viewing or contribution. However, only studio owners can add, remove, or change a member's role.

Make a project public

To make a project public for viewing or contribution, follow these steps:

Go to the private project that you want to make public.
Click on the "Share" button at the top right corner of the screen.
In the “Sharing Permission” modal, turn on the “Public for Everyone” ****switch. Project’s status will immediately change from “Private” to “Public”.
Pick the permission that you want by choosing either “View Only” or “Contribute” option.

Make a project private

To make a project private, follow these steps:

Go to the public project that you want to make private.
Click on the "Share" button at the top right corner of the screen.
In the “Sharing Permission” modal, turn off the “Public for Everyone” ****switch. Project’s status will immediately change from “Public” to “Private”.
